SEC to Make Announcement on Rule Soon

MarketWatch is reporting that SEC chairman Christopher Cox has said that an announcement will soon be made regarding the future of the mutual fund goverance rule requiring an majority of independent directors and an independent chairman. The rule was recently thrown out in US court.
