American Century Investment Management plans to make changes to its fund lineup's share class structure, with many funds going towards the load option. The goal, according to a Morningstar article, is to replace a complicated and confusing share class structure with a straightforward one that individuals and advisors can better understand. The load fund lineup will increase from 26 funds to 39 total by the end of the restructuring.
