AMVESCAP CEO
Martin Flanagan when it comes to compensation.
Financial Week reports that Flanagan was paid a total of $5.7 million in 2006, down from $14.2 million in 2005.
AMVESCAP earmarked $21 million in 2005 for the salaries of incoming Flanagan and retiring CEO, Charles Brady. This sparked a shareholder revolt which led to the lowering of Flanagan's compensation package.
