Pioneer's
Global High Yield Fund once again draws the attention of the
Wall Street Journal's Fund Track column, though this time the article is more about investing in the fund than it is about any breaking news. The Journal's focus is new lead manager
Andy Feltus, and his plans for running the fund in the post-
Margie Patel era. "I am spending less time talking about what happened and more on what we are going to do. Now I want to get to the point where we are doing it, rather than talking about it," Feltus tells the paper. He plans to roughly double the number of issues held by the fund and to look at more low quality (triple-C) issues as part of a strategy to boost yields without adding risk.
