Diligent Boardbooks is leading a revolution in the way that fund directors view their boardbooks.

The main idea behind Diligent is to streamline and simplify the entire boardbooks process by making the books available online. The books also automatically update.

The materials are uploaded to the system before the board meetings, giving directors an opportunity to peruse them beforehand.
