A judge granted class action to a
fee lawsuit against Wells Fargo earlier this month. In the case of Siemers v. Wells Fargo, judge William Alsup found sufficient evidence for granting class action status under section 10(b) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934. Only one other proposed plaintiff, Forrest McKenna, was allowed to join the suit at this time, though.
