kasina has brought on board three new faces as part of its recent expansion efforts and is looking to hire five more before the year ends.

Steven Miyao, chief executive officer at the New York City-based consulting firm, tells the MFWire the hirings are "in response to a high demand for [kasina's] services."

"We need to add more people to fill that demand," Miyao continued.

Anurag Heda kasina Manager

Anurag Heda has joined the firm as manager, where he will lead consulting engagements with kasina’s financial services clients. Heda was previously with American Express, where he led the development and launch of two new credit cards from idea generation to post-launch profit & loss management.

Lindsay Geimer kasina Consultant

Lindsay Geimer has joined kasina as a consultant. She is working with the firm's product management and distribution executives on a range of engagements, as well as researching and authoring industry analyses and reports. Geimer comes to kasina from Citigroup Global Markets, where she was a member of the equity markets team.

Johanna Willer kasina Consultant

Also joining kasina as a consultant is Johanna Willer. She is focusing on developing new strategies for helping asset management firms improve the effectiveness of product distribution. Willer comes to kasina from another consulting firm, The Advisory Board.

kasina plans to make additional hirings before the year wraps up.

"We are a growing operation," Miyao says. "We are looking to fill five more positions by the end of the year."
