SSgA Fund Management is planning to launch two new ETFs. The WSJ reports that the new funds, the SPDR Lehman International Treasury Bond ETF and the SPDR Barclays Capital Global TIPS ETF, are part of the streetTRACKS Series Trust. Portfolio managers have not yet been chosen for the funds.
