Today's WSJ FundTrack, Evan Ramstad, tells emerging market fund managers that they had better prepare for the FTSE giving South Korea and Taiwan emerging market status. If the reclassification progresses as planned, and is picked up by FTSE's competitor MSCI Barra, will cause a major shift in the flow of foreign investments in the countries.
