Adam Edelman wrote about Phoenix Companies' plans to spin off its asset management subsidiary and the executives who will be succeeding Tom Eggers as CEO and president of Dreyfus Corp. Eggers will retire from the firm, and Jon Baum will take over as CEO and J. Charles Cardona as president.
