MarketWatch's Chuck Jaffe has labeled yet another fund 'Stupid Investment of the Week.' This week the columnist set his sights on Direxion PSI Calendar Effects, a fund he cites as aiming to put money in the market (as opposed to parking it in money market funds) for only one-third of the year to take advantage of 'calendar-related phenomenon.'
