Company Press Release
kasina announced today the hire of Tricia Juhn, who
joins the firm as Resident Intellect. Juhn comes to kasina from InfoAmericas Market
Intelligence, where she worked as the Director of Financial Services. At kasina, she will
oversee and continue to advance the firm’s innovative research.
Juhn brings a dynamic, exciting background to the firm. Along with academic
experience as Assistant Professor at American University, Juhn has held corporate
positions in strategic research at many organizations, including InfoAmericas, Violy,
Byorum, & Partners, LLC, and FIND/SVP International. Juhn also brings a long-
standing dedication to the public service sector, including writing about economic
development, trade, and policy issues regarding Latin America for The World Bank
Group. She is also currently finishing her first novel.
“Resident Intellect is a unique role that is well suited for Tricia’s background of
industry knowledge and intellectual curiosity,” said Steven Miyao, chief executive officer
at kasina. “Between writing for the World Bank Group, teaching at the university level,
and all her other great experience, she is the kind of person we want to have a strong
guiding hand for lending all our services and products a unique perspective.”
“kasina’s forward-thinking research is already widely respected among the asset
management and insurance industries,” said Tricia Juhn. “I hope to build out this new
role to continue to create new research frameworks and consulting structures to promote
our trail-blazing ideas.”
Juhn, 38, is a graduate of American University, where she received a B.A. in
International Studies. Juhn holds a PhD in International Relations from the University of
Miami.
