Tim Armour, who was a key figure in
Morningstar's transformation from a startup to a public company, has joined the board of directors at
Janus, according to an
SEC Filing.
Armour, 59, retired from Morningstar on February 29.
Two other new faces on Janus' board are
Jeffrey Diermeier, president and CEO of the CFA Institute in Charlottesville, Virginia since 2005, and
Lawrence Kochard, chief investment officer for Georgetown University.
