Wasatch Funds has filed to launch a new no-load fund offering. The new fund will invest internationally and be called the Wasatch Global Opportunities Fund.

The move comes less than two months after the Salt Lake City- based fund company decided to reopen four of its small cap funds to investors.

The lead portfolio managers for the fund will be Robert Gardiner and Blake Walker. The expense ratio has yet to be determined.
