Corey Boles looks at the features of the 401(k) fee disclosure bill, which the House Education and Labor Committee approved by a 25-19 vote Wednesday night, and is now headed to the floor of the House. Among others, the bill would require plan administrators to offer at least low-cost index fund to plan participants.
