BlackRock has lassoed a
Goldman Sachs marketer to oversee retail and institutional marketing through out Europe. The hire comes as the New York-based asset manager also rebranded this week.
On Monday, BlackRock formally rebranded its
Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM) unit as BlackRock. The rebranding was made in Europe and the United Kingdom.
Candida Hall will take over as BlackRock's director of European marketing after a four year stint at Goldman Sachs Asset Management in a similar role. She reports to
Nuala Walsh, head of international marketing at BlackRock, and will be responsible for developing the investment managers’ pan-European marketing strategy and driving marketing campaigns across Europe.
