Fidelity has put Vincent Montemaggiore in charge of the Fidelity Select Banking Portfolio. Montemaggiore, who joined Fidelity in 2004, takes over from Ramona Persaud.

The Boston Behemoth also tapped Noriko Takahashi to succeed Tokuya Sano as co-manager of the Fidelity International Small Cap Fund. Takashi, who will be responsible for the fund's investments in Japan, will join the fund's existing co-managers Wilson Wong and Colin Stone.

The changes took effect June 1, according to Fidelity's Web site.
