In Friday's Wall Street Journal Fund Track column, Judith Burns focused on the findings of the ICI's study on proxy votes cast by 160 of the biggest fund firms. Funds overwhelmingly backed management proposals in the 12 months ended June 30 and gave their support to just 38 percent of shareholder proposals.
