Richard Widows declares Ken Heebner, manager of the CGM Focus Fund, a legend in his Street.com column Tuesday. Widows proposed that were there a Grand Slam of mutual funds, Heebner would win the trophy. As evidence for his legendary status, Widows says Heebner's fund led domestic diversified equity mutual funds for the latest 12 months, three years, five years and 10 years.
