Janus' funds will finally see the settlement checks in the mail. The checks will go out starting August 15, continuing through yearend,
The Denver Post reports. The
SEC released an order on August 1 calling for the disbursement of the fair fund.
Janus settled the market timing allegations in 2004 without admitting or denying wrongdoing.
