International fund managers are finding that the "global" in global investment indexes isn't quite complete. In Tuesday's WSJ Fund Track, Giada Cardoletti Litner reports that some international fund managers are finding that global stock and bond indexes often fall short in the emerging market area. Getting a mention in the story are: Jerome Booth, a director at London-based Ashmore Investment Management Ltd., Uri Landesman, manager of international stocks at Dutch insurance conglomerate ING Groep NV, and Kristin Ceva, a global fixed-income manager at Payden & Rygel in Los Angeles.
