Scott Grace is leaving his post as
Janus Capital
Group's treasurer next month, company spokesman James Aber confirmed to
The MFWire. His departure comes in the wake of CEO
Gary Black's July 13 exit from the Denver-based fund firm.
Grace became treasurer in 2006.
"He is leaving to pursue other interests," Aber said.
Grace will stay through the end of September. His boss, chief financial officer
Greg Frost, will take over his duties on an interim basis until Janus finds a permanent replacement, Aber said.
