Turner Investment Partners is looking to fill six external wholesaler positions, according to a posting on the Berwyn, Pennsylvania-based investment manager's Web site.

Six locations, Chicago, New Jersey, New York, Boston, Miami and San Francisco, have one opportunity each.

“This is definitely an expansion of this group,” Bruce Zewe, director of corporate communications, told The MFWire. "We're basically ramping up our new business efforts."

Zewe said that the positions should be filled by November.

The external wholesalers will each report to Gary Ross, managing director of the private client group.

As of end-June, Turner had $15.7 billion in AUM and 115 employees.
