North Track Funds of Milwaukee has hired Don Nesbitt as portfolio manager for a new index fund. He reports to Brian Andrew, chief investment officer, and started at the firm on Monday. Nesbitt was most recently at Qwest Asset Management where he ran domestic equities for Qwest's defined benefit pension program.
