Rich Koerner left his post as national sales director for State Street Global Advisors' U.S. intermediary business last month, The MFWire has learned.

How his former duties are being handled could not immediately be confirmed.

Koerner could not be reached for comment. An SSgA spokesperson was not immediately able to comment.

As national sales director, Koerner oversaw a group of 11 regional consultants that sold SSgA's mutual funds, ETFs and separately managed accounts in the national, regional and independent broker-dealer channels.

Koerner joined SSgA in 2003 and previously worked at Delaware Investments. He had also held stints with Fidelity and Federated Investors.
