It's not every day that Abby Johnson ventures out of 82 Devonshire Street and Marlborough's Puritan Way to make a speech to industry insiders. This morning, Johnson is set to make her eagerly awaited appearance at NICSA's 28th Annual conference & Expo at the Doral Golf Resort & Spa in Miami. Fidelity's vice chairman and president of personal and workplace investing will deliver the keynote address before 500-plus conference attendees at 8:45 a.m.

"We're very lucky she agreed to speak at our conference," said Theresa Hamacher, president of Marlborough-based NICSA, in an interview with The MFWire.
