U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Harvey L. Pitt will address the Investment Company Institute's General Membership meeting at the end of May.

Pitt has caught attention in his new role as SEC Chairman in the wake of the collapse of Enron and Global Crossing.

Like always, the meeting will be held at the Hilton Washington. Dates are May 22 through May 24 and the theme this year is "Continuing a Tradition of Integrity in Challenging Times."
