Eaton Vance Funds has renewed its existing contract with PFPC to service retail mutual funds. The total assets serviced by PFPC for Eaton Vance approximate $30 billion, representing an estimated one million open accounts. Under the terms of the contract renewal, PFPC will continue to provide Eaton Vance with a variety of services including transfer agency, internet, print mail and certain distribution services.
