Prudential Financial will be acquiring pma Finanz-und Verischerungsmakler, an independent finical advisory firm based in Munster Germany. "At Prudential Financial our focus is to provide investors - on a global scale - with products and services that will help them grow and protect their wealth," stated Robert P. Fallon, corporate vice president at Pru. "The acquisition of pma offers us broad access to the German market through pma's well-established independent financial advisors system. In particular, pma's presence in more than 50 cities throughout Germany offers enormous opportunity for Prudential."
