Kinetics Asset Management has named two new senior vice presidents/directors of sales and marketing, a spokesperson with the firm told the MutualFundWire.com. The two are Arthur Hoyt, Jr. and Christopher Bell.

Both executives were promoted from within the firm. "These are new positions within the firm as we expand and grow," the official reported. Both previously held the title of vice president.

Among their duties, Hoyt and Bell will be responsible for hiring for the firm's wholesaling force. Hoyt will oversee Manhattan, Westchester County, and all existing national accounts. Bell will oversee the MidAtlantic Region and all new national accounts.

The firm is also rolling advisor class C shares of its Kinetics New Paradigm Fund (KNPCX). The shares will pay an annual trail of 100 bps.
