Wasatch Funds has named Jon Zeschin to its board of directors. Zeschin is the president and founder of Essential Advisers. He will join James Jensen and William Swinyard, who are also independent directors. The firm is also replacing Arthur Andersen with PricewaterhouseCoopers as the funds' auditor and independent public accountant.
