Morgan Stanley has leased 15,000 square feet at Millennium Center in Irving, Texas to use as the training center for its indivudual investor business, according to Cousines Properties. Morgan Stanley plans to occupy the new space this fall.

Las Colinas' Millennium Center, a 835,000-square-foot Class A office tower, completed a major renovation in 2000. In addition to lobby updates, the project created a state-of-the-art conference center for tenants and enlarged its athletic club. Millennium Center is owned by 114 Millennium, Ltd., a joint-venture partnership with Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America as its limited partner. It is leased and managed by Cousins Properties.
