DC industry insiders are keeping an eye out for possible new 408(b)(2) regulations (governing disclosure of various 401(k) fees), new target date fund regulation (probably regarding branding or marketing) and possibly even retirement income support. The DoL, SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission), IRS (Internal Revenue Service) and even Congress itself may act on one or more those issues in the coming months. Stay tuned.
