The Garner Citizen reports.
The site on Waterfield Drive in Greenfield South Business Park is being developed for Project "F." Town officials declined to identify the company,

a data center.
Fidelity has a large data center in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina and earlier this year confirmed that it was looking to expand in the area.
