Registered investment advisor
Thesis Fund Management has launched its first mutual fund. The
Thesis Flexible Fund uses a long/short investment strategy and is open to retail investors and advisors. The fund has an expense ratio of 300 basis points, according to the SEC
filing.
Thesis was started by former
OppenheimerFunds senior analyst
Stephen Roseman, who is the manager of the fund. Roseman is also the company's chief executive officer.
The fund is distributed though Grand Distribution Services and is now offered through the Charles Schwab and Fidelity platforms, according to published reports.
