The Axa Rosenberg "coding error" is being dragged into the limelight again. This morning the New York Times' Andrew Ross Sorking highlighted the Axa Rosenberg situation via his widely-read DealBook blog.

The situation has already cost Axa Rosenberg a $25 million small-cap mandate with the state of Ohio, and Schwab's pulling the plug on the Laudus Rosenberg funds.
