Roi Capital Management has entered into a marketing alliance with Vontobel Asset Management. Vontobel will market Roi's long/short fund. The fund will be marketed to endowments and institutions.

Mark T. Boyer -- president and director of Roi Capital Management and co-manager of Roi Partners Fund -- stated, "It's our expectation that our alliance with Vontobel and its global marketing resources will result in substantial institutional interest in our long/short ROI Partners Fund, both in the U.S. and abroad.
