2011 will bring lots of new active ETFs but little 12b-1 reform. Those are two predictions from Chuck Jaffe's latest MarketWatch column, where he looks ahead and tries to anticipate what the big mutual fund stories will be this year.

Jaffe also expects a record number of funds, especially money market ones, to be merged away while lots of others are repurposed.
