Gemini Fund Services hired Britt Averett as client service manager. Gemini's sister company, mutual fund distributor Northern Lights Distributors, brought on board David Jurczak as senior sales and distribution consultant.

The posts are new. The hirings are "a result of Gemini's growth and expansion," a company spokesperson told The MFWire.com.

Averett will work with Susan Hansen, Gemini's senior client manager to oversee day-to-day client servicing. She was previously an associate vice president in the client development group at Ivy Asset Management.

Jurczak will work with Gemini and Northern Lights clients in developing business plans and raising fund assets.
