David Booth Dimensional Fund Advisors Chairman and Co-CEO

David Booth has plenty to smile about. In December, he became the owner of the original rules of basketball and more recently, his company, Dimensional Fund Advisors, was profiled in the New York Times. Now, Dimensional is in the news once more, having landed the No. 1 spot in the Barron's/Lipper ranking of the Best Fund Families in 2010.

Taking second place is Nuveen Investments, followed by Principal Management.
