Will Boston-area mutual fund firms start hiring now that the market is recovering? The Boston Herald's Jay Fitzgerald claims that the local firms hope to start expanding again soon.

The Herald cites Morningstar analyst Kevin McDevitt, Fidelity Insight newsletter editor John Bonnanzio and MarketWatch columnist Chuck Jaffe, as well as Morningstar data on fund flows, yet gives no specifics on which fund firms plan to expand soon.
