M&I Investment Management last week unveiled the Marshall Small-Cap Value Fund [ SEC filing]. Milwaukee-based M&I is offering the mutual fund in Institutional and Investor share classes.

The product launch comes as M&I Investment Management's parent, Marshall & Ilsley Corp., is in the process of being acquired by BMO Financial Group. The deal is expected to close before July 31.
