RidgeWorth Boosts its Retail Channel Distribution Team

[see profile] in January as national sales manager for the retail sales channel, has assembled a group of wholesalers and is looking to make additional hires.

The MFWirereported last December that RidgeWorth was putting together a sales team that will solely focus on the retail channel. RidgeWorth also has a sales team in place that's devoted to the retirement market.
Friday morning, RidgeWorth revealed the roster of wholesalers on Kuberski's team:
Gabriel Dutra Jr. – regional vice president, most recently with Allianz Life;
Domenic Diele – regional vice president, most recently with John Hancock Funds;
Wade Monroe – regional associate, most recently a RidgeWorth Retirement and Investment Specialist;
Blake Jones – regional vice president, most recently with Pioneer;
John Baka – regional vice president, most recently with RiverSource;
Scott Martin – regional vice president, most recently with Pioneer.
Spokespeople for Hancock, Pioneer and Riversource were not immediately available to comment for the article.
Kuberski, a former NFL player and an alum of Invesco, told The MFWire that he's looking to hire two more retail wholesalers in the Southern California and Texas areas. He's also looking to hire three more internal wholesalers to support the firm's retail and DCIO units. As well, he's looking to add more collective trusts to the firm's current lineup this year.
