Brett Hawkins has consolidated control over the Old Mutual TS&W Mid-Cap Value Fund [see profile]. Yesterday Thompson Siegel & Walmsley filed [see filing] to make Hawkins the sole PM for the $241.2-million, two-star fund [see Morningstar].

The MFWire.com was not immediately able to reach a TS&W spokesperson for comment on the move. It's not clear what's happening to Jack Pickler, Hawkins' co-PM on the fund since it launched four years ago. Both Hawkins and Pickler have been with the Old Mutual boutique for about a decade.
