JPMorgan [see profile] just took over two sub-advisory mandates formerly in the hands of
AllianceBernstein [see profile]. On June 6
MassMutual [see profile] switched out AllianceBernstein as sub-advisor to the one-star, $146.1-million
MassMutual Select Diversified International Fund and as co-subadvisor to the three-star, $572.6-million
MassMutual Select Overseas Fund [see filings
here and
here].
Morningstar reported on the swaps
last week and
this week in its "Fund Times" column.
For both funds, the JPMorgan PM team consists of managing directors
Jeroen Huysinga,
Georgina Perceval Maxwell and
Gerd Woort-Menker. And in both cases, they succeed the same AllianceBernstein quarter of
Henry D'Auria,
Sharon Fay,
Eric Franco and
Kevin Simms. AllianceBernstein's co-chief investment officer of US large cap value equities, CIO of North American value equities and global head of diversified value services,
Joseph Paul, previously left both sub-advisory teams at the beginning of April.
