Len Brennan, who left the top job at Rainier Investment Management earlier this year, has joined Russell Investments.  Brennan will run the Seattle-headquartered firm's Europe, Middle East and Africa business, Global Pensions reports.

In March, Rainier announced that Brennan has resigned his post. The company tapped Jim Ridgeway as acting president and CEO.
