The jury is deliberating. Yesterday seven men and five women went behind close doors in Los Angeles County Superior Court to weigh the evidence given in the lawsuit and countersuit between Jeff Gundlach of DoubleLine [see profile] and his former employers at Trust Company of the West (TCW [see profile] ).

Both the New York Times and Pensions & Investments highlighted the deliberations and offered overviews of the six-week trial, closing arguments of which were presented on Tuesday.
