A jury has decided what to do about the fight between DoubleLine [see profile] chief Jeff Gundlach and his former employers at Societe Generale subsidiary Trust Company of the West (TCW [see profile]). The jury is slated to read its verdict at 8:30 am local time today in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Attorneys for both sides in the suit and counter-suit presented their closing arguments on Tuesday, and the jury began its deliberations on Wednesday. Here are the judge's instructions to the jury and here is the verdict form the jury must complete.
