The
John Hancock Natural Resources Fund, with an AUM of
$820.2 million, recently hired a second subadvisor:
RS Investment
Management Co. [
SEC
filing].
The fund's current subadvisor ,
Wellington Management Company, will continue to manage a portion of the fund's assets.
It is expected that these two subadvisors will shoulder equal responsibility in managing the fund.
Three PMs with RS Investments will be added to the fund:
MacKenzie B. Davis,
Andrew P. Pilara, Jr., and
Kenneth L. Settles, Jr.
RS Investments, based in San Francisco, California, manages about $20.2 billion.
Representatives from John Hancock Funds and RS Investments declined to comment to
