PowerShares' new DWA SmallCap Technical Leaders Portfolio will be part of the PowerShares Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II. The fund's portfolio managers will be Peter Hubbard, Michael Jeanette, Joshua Betts, and Brian Picken. [filing]

Neuberger Berman has filed for the Neuberger Berman Short Duration High Income Fund, which will invest at least 80 percent of assets in high-yield securities. The fund's portfolio managers will be Ann H. Benjamin, Thomas P. O'Reilly, and Russ Covode. [filing]

MFS is launching the MFS Equity Income Fund, a short-term bond fund. The fund's portfolio manager will be Jonathan W. Sage. [filing]
